Why doesn't this app recognize my user name/password??? I have no issue logging in online!

I'm unsure if this app works or not but it clearly states that the app is for use by the physicians. This app is not for the nyu mychart website

MphRx Mobile Connect provides wireless and mobile access to radiology reports and images using MphRx Secure Private Cloud connected to NYU's radiology systems. MphRx Mobile Connect downloads data using encrypted transfer over the wireless and mobile networks.
