With this AsterXpert App you can:
Download the app, and sign in- The credentials will be provided by the Aster Lab admin team.
New Booking- You can view all your upcoming appointments, which are assigned to you on a real-time basis.
Manage your appointment - Easily manage and update your appointment status to en-route, arrived at the patient address, sample collection completed in the app, in turn enabling us to provide real-time notifications to the customers. You will receive order notifications on your app with patient contact information.
The App helps you in servicing appointments across the city. Drive down to the patient's address easily with the built-in navigation feature of the AsterXpert App.
Check-in- check-out in the app on reaching the patient's address and after collecting the sample & payment (In case of post-paid orders only).
Real-time notifications: Receive real-time alerts of your new/upcoming appointments, locations updates, & any change in the existing booking.
Patient ratings: You can rate your patients based on your experience of sample collection.
