good prices - terrible app: booked everything online and trying to install the app for the actual trip, but it wants to verify my mobile by sending a code by SMS, so when I go to check the code in SMS and then go back into the app, the app is back on 'send the code' screen and not the screen to provide the code to. So it's an evil circle!

Used this for return trip in Phuket. Type the hotel name, choose from the list. It will have the address displayed. This app is great as I am staying in a hotel where it's located in 2 different location in Phuket, with the same name. This app had help to ensure the address is correct.

I appreciate the efficiency while making booking but users book transport when travelling overseas. Mozio ought to inform of the identity of the car and driver. No, it doesn't do that! I had to spend money to call by way of international roaming to ask for the identity. It's utter nonsense! Edited per Mozio reply: I used Mozio in Tokyo and the meet and greet was for FREE. Why the contradicting policy? The company was also contactable via SMS and wechat. Why impose on to call them?!

App works fine after installing, but installation could be another. And although it works on the iPhone, it doesn't work on the iPad, which is ridiculous.

The drivers were punctual and helpful. The only problem we had was the pickup instructions given to us were in Chinese. We did not know it was in Chinese until we asked someone from the information booth to translate it for us. We thought it was in Japanese, so we never bothered asking for translation prior to our departure since we can just simply ask anyone at the airport, but we were wrong. It could have been convenient if it was in Japanese and English too. But overall, we're satisfied.
