Terrible. I ordered and paid online and waited and waited no response. The application noted "order received". I called the restaurant and they said they have been closed for 2 hours! How can a closed restaurant accept an order? Furthermore, many items are missing from restaurants' menus. There is no tracking, and "Check out" instantly places the order instead of displaying the final check and "Place order" window! The advantage of the app is the free delivery, for now.

I'm really sorry but who ever had the idea to make this app is dreaming... You wanna make an app that can compete with Eg: Talabat you at least need to have more options and more free delivery restaurants... I don't find anything special in this any restaurant that I want I can get on Talabat and with free or very cheap delivering

Refuse to open to order, Keeps repeating the same page and same request : ( enter phone no. & Agree on eat terms. Keeping repeated all the time. Although I complained may be 20 times, the problem is still there.)

Excellent app. Easy to use. Service is excellent. I just wish there were a way to save my loyalty number so I don't have to enter it every single time, especially since I don't carry it around with me always.

I try to order through the app I placed my order CS called and said they delivery to where I live in not free and delivery fee was so high 7 JD as I'm living at the end word, though I live in Amman, then after couple of minutes I received a another call saying the restaurant do not deliver food to my area, and their service are only for west Amman.. I felt offended and they should mention this in application area exactly , so I won't bother and order and make plans.
