Just before lockdown I purchased the monthly pack, but I never took a ride. At that time I was told that the money will get refunded back to my wallet. But no amount has been refunded back to wallet or to my bank account. Have contacted them multiple times. They have even stoped responding back to the mail's. And can't even reach them on call. Very bad experience on the second ride itself. Driver is very new to app and its operations so he had ended the ride after the pick up. Too much of hangup was happening while entering the PIN. App require lot of changes and updates. Also one suggestion is that do not assign un-trained people for rides bcz it extra time to reach the destination as well as driver took the wrong route as he was unable to navigate the google map. The experience so far is good. It has made my life so much easier. But there are a few issues with the app: 1. The customer has no option to cancel a booking in the morning. 2. The customer support usually doesn't pick up calls. 3. Mails are rarely answered. 4. The wait time for co-passengers, i.e., 10 minutes is too long. And sometimes it gets extended till 15 to 20 minutes. The company should be strict about the wait time and introduce automatic cancellation once the wait time is exceeded.

My experience so far has been smooth. > Smart arrival and pick up time options; the delays are few, and when there is a delay it's never been more than 10-15 minutes > Affordable and good for the environment > Good cabs > App needs improvement, sometimes does not update the driver's location efficiently > Absolutely no hassle of getting any other cab. Pooling system is much better than all other pooling services. > Customer care is prompt when you call the helpdesk

This app is waste of time and money. I took trial ride package and driver didn't turn up on 2 cases. The money for which the service is subscribed have vanished in thin air.. even if we have rides left, if not used within week time, can't use it as rides are not carried over, again waste of money... Called customer care multiple times but no resolution was found... Must file a case on consumer court for fooling the customers...

The app takes hell lot of time to open. Couldn't book a cab because of its slowness, gave up trying after 15 mins. The support team is not even responding- have been trying to reach out to them since one hour. Drivers dont show up at pickup time and have to wait another hour to get another cab.
