So the new app is significantly more difficult to use and the addition of an extra step to check-in might not seem like much but with your hands full that extra button press is going to be a pain. It really feels like they didn't have any actual users as beta testers and in my experience that means lots of bugs got missed and this roll out is going to be a nightmare. I'm seriously considering canceling my membership over this and encourage everyone to do the same.

I never give reviews, but wanted to after seeing all the one stars that seem a little ridiculous. First of all, the app DOES let you stay signed in...I actually forgot my password for the app. Second of all, the check in button is on the top, and is really not that hard to navigate too...you literally open your app and there is a giant button that covers a good portion of the screen. The app isn't bad and serves it's purpose without interruptions.

Terrible. Whenever I go to the Booking Services section it says "your account cannot be accessed" and it's been that way for 3 months. Super frustrated since I'm unable to book anything and some gyms in Chicago require you to book pools/courts/gym access in advance

The original app was better than this version. You can no longer 'favorite' a workout and it no longer logs the workouts you previously completed. Plus no new workouts added in a month. Idk why they made so many bad changes.

Doesn't work most of the time; very slow and bar code is too high - need to get different scanners then. I just took a screenshot of the old app's bar code and do not use this new app at all. App is useless and needs some work.

None of the links on the home page work. I can't sign up for classes or even see them. I'm on a pixel 4a. I'm writing this here because no one at the gym will listen and I've had issues with the app for a couple weeks but this one makes it literally unusable.
