The employees are very helpful. They never hesitate to assist me. A little expensive and the self checkout is more of an inconvenience than anything.

The app doesn't tell you when you have reached your $5 reward. Instead, it places it as a coupon at the very bottom of your coupon list and then you have to put it in your shopping list to be able to use it at the store. I found this out by calling the store manager, who was clueless about the app itself. I was given the number of a person at corporate, who was able to help me. By the way, there are no corporate phone numbers on the company's website.

My experience at Moser's is nothing but the best . All employees are always friendly, and willing to help no matter what. We love the Warrenton store , because we've never had a problem. So love this grocery store 😍 I've worked retail and grocery for Walmart for over 20yrs, and I've always wanted to give the customer experience that I get from Moser's, but Walmart said I was incorrect.😔 It's the customer experience that matters most. We love Moser's for keeping this experience alive 🙌
