So far this service has been great. I only used it twice but both times were great experiences. I'm a typical American that only speaks English and the drivers have not spoken English but it's never been a problem. The drivers are friendly and the cars are clean and have been spacious for ample luggage.

Can't sign up. I get past the pin entry then it says Failed on the payment screen and goes back to the pin entry page. Perhaps has something to do with a US number?

Freezes after approving method of payment when setting up account so I can't actually use it. Fix your broken app.

It's impossible to create an account from my phone (oneplus 7, android 10) because the moove app time-outs at the last step of the signup flow. Inspite if this, they've managed to withdraw money from my account for each account creation attempt. That's not okay. In short: Don't download this app 👎

There is no option to get a mpv or suv size vehicle to carry people or luggage. They have large vehicle but that is only a station wagon. They could do a better job of this. Also, no option of ordering multi vehicles for same address. Emails take longer than a day, there should be phone support.

Perfect application to get taxi in Denmark. Easy also for foreigner. You can enter international phone numbers, pay with any (am not sure about AMEX) card. Idea taken from Uber at some extent. But anyway, find this way being the best. Great!
