This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing KVV.mobil on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

There is a bug that causes the captcha to fail when trying to submit an issue through the Request form. I send an email to hello@... Please have a look. Also, I think it should be much easier to report an issue. It should always be 1 click away and not be burried in some menu. Besides that, finding stations does not work properly, as someone else pointed out already.

I couldn't buy a ticket when my tram arrived. The app reported that I had no network (but I could navigate the internet). I can't even cancel my account because the contact form requires a captcha, but there is no field to enter the captcha! This is the worst app I've ever tried. I'll continue using the old kvv.ticket, because I don't need a fancy interface, I just need a ticket when my tram arrives!

App crashes 9 out of 10 times during purchase. It even crashes when you jave to show the controller your online ticket. Not very reliable.
