This app was designed to assist both the Grand Lounge Elite (GLE) vip room as well as the Dotcom Cafe customers. How can our concierge help you at Mexico City's airport and beyond? With the GLE app you will be able to establish immediate communication with our concierge in order for you to enjoy your visit, and more importantly provide for your needs at the Mexico City´s International Airport.

Design the experience and services you would like to receive at the lounge. In addition, you will be able to arrange for your favorite seat, order complementary meals, drinks and cocktails that are available to you. Make a request to secure the shower or a computer for work purposes. You will also be able to design and personalize the experience and services you would like to receive in advance, for a pleasant time at the lounge.
