About this app

إن القرآن الكريم هو مصدر الشريعة الإسلامية الأول وأصلها الذي تعتمد عليه, كما لا يمكن التخلي عن المصدر الأساسي الثاني للشريعة والذي نص القرآن على وجوب الأخذ به، أي أن حجية المصدر الثاني للشريعة وهو السنة من القرآن الكريم ذاته وذلك فى أكثر من قول:(وأَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ ورَسُولَهُ ولا تَنَازَعُوا فَتَفْشَلُوا وتَذْهَبَ رِيحُكُمْ) فقد أوجبت الآية طاعة النبي صلى الله عيه وسلم ، وقوله تعالى : (مَن يُطِعِ الرَّسُولَ فَقَدْ أَطَاعَ الله) فقد جعلت الآية طاعة الرسول طاعة لله ، وقوله جل وعلا (ومَا آتَاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ ومَا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانتَهُوا) .

وهذا ما يمكن أن نفهم في سياقه قوله تعالى:(أَفَتُؤْمِنُونَ بِبَعْضِ الكِتَابِ وتَكْفُرُونَ بِبَعْضٍ)، فكيف تؤمنون بكتاب الله وتكفرون بسنة نبيه وقد أمرتم بنفس الكتاب بإتباع هذه السنة، وقد ورد عن النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام ما يؤكد وجوب العمل بسنته، حيث أنه قال فى حجة الوداع(تركت فيكم أمرين ما إن اعتصمتم بهما فلن تضلوا أبدا : كتاب الله وسنة نبيه)، كما أنه فى عهده صلى الله عليه وسلم وبعد وفاته أجمع الصحابة على وجوب اتباع سنته.

ومنذ وقت طويل اتخذت اشكال الهجوم على السنة النبوية الشريفة مسارات عدة: فنجد تارة هجوما بأن السنة لو كانت حجة فى التشريع لأمر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بتدوينها كالقرآن الكريم، لكنه لم يأمر بذلك في بداية الرسالة حتى لا يختلط بالقرآن، ولكنه أمر بعضاً من صحابته بكتابة أحاديثه ممن وثق فيهم بقدراتهم على الحفظ والأمانة كعبدالله بن عمرو بن العاص .وتارة أخرى يكون الهجوم بشكل غير مباشر بالهجوم على أصح كتاب بعد كتاب الله تعالى وهو صحيح البخاري.
