I freaking LOVE this app! I'm not too techy but this is so simple a grandmother could use it😃. I'm a stickler for owning my rights to use my computer how i choose to want to see it and for YEARS have been using one form of an icon changer or another ...with simply "meh" results. I can't believe you share this with us for FREE! I look forward to sponsering your company soon as covid is over and $ starts rolling in again as I can't wait to see what your skills have in store for me next!!! Happy

Cool app but what kills it is the watermarks on the icons. It's really distracting and the the icons are already small as it is, so having a big watermark there just ruins it. I am even willing to pay to remove them like how most apps do to remove watermarks.

I'm really disappointed. If I try to choose the "add widget" button, my launcher stops working. And if I don't add the widget, then the little arrow appears in the corner which spoils everything about the icon and makes it even worse than it already was. The only good thing is that it's simple and easy to navigate the app, but what good is that if other than that, the app serves no function?

Super useful little app that allows you to assign an icon of your choice (from icon packs that can be downloaded for free or paid for in the play store) to a particular app. Especially in conjunction with Nova Launcher, I can customize every icon in my app drawer, on my home screen, on my dock & in folders—I can even chooee different icons for each depending on where I want to access a particular app. Awesome Icons is a great compliment to Nova in terms of truly making my device my own.

About this app

**NOTE: Android 8.0 and newer adds a small icon next to your customized icon. It's not possible to remove that due to Android limitations.**

Awesome Icons lets you customize your home screen icons with icon packs and your own pictures. It works with most launchers and does not require root.

Download icon packs from the Play store and mix icons freely from any of them. You can also use your own pictures from the gallery or the camera to create your own icons. With Awesome Icons, you choose the style of each home screen icon individually.

Creating customized icons is easy: find the application and the icon pack you want, and create your new home screen icon with a single tap. You can also customize the label of the application or remove it completely.

You can use the app to personalize your icons with any launcher, including the stock Android launcher and the Google Now launcher.

Try these:
- Draw your own icons on paper and use the camera.
- Create icons with empty labels for a minimalistic look.
- Use a different style on each home screen page.

Features:
- Create customized icons for any application on your phone or tablet
- Pick any image from the gallery to use as an icon.
- Take pictures with the camera to create your own icons.
- Use icons from any icon pack installed from the Play store.
- Full access to all icons from all icon packs: use any icon for any app.
- Customize the label for your icons or remove it completely.
- No third party launcher or root is required.
- No impact on performance or battery life
- Works on any phone or tablet.

Please note that this app only changes home screen icons, not icons in the app drawer of your launcher.
