This app barely works. It constantly crashes and freezes. It picks up the wind blowing a tree branch or light moving across the frame, but not always a person, no matter what sensitivity. It freezes about ten seconds into viewing a camera and have to reset the app to keep viewing. If someone was outside of my home, they'd break in and kill me before I was able to see them on camera. Save your time, money, and maybe your life by investing in an actually well made product, not this one.

App is fairly intuitive. Setup for the Teri cameras was really simple. I would like it if the Privacy mode was display right on the home screen so it can easily be toggled on and off. I have a camera overlooking my patio and I'd rather not get a ton of motion alerts and drain the battery when not needed. An easier way to toggle privacy mode would be a huge improvement (maybe work with google assistant when that integration is added). The timeliness of motion alert notifications seems to vary. Sometimes they come rather quickly other times its about 15 minutes after the event which is not ideal. With a bit more tweaking and google assistant integration I think this will be a great app!

Just installed the app on my moto g5 plus,and am trying to add the teri hub device,when you have to add a name for the device,there is no continue button!!so no way of continuing with the setup!!4-8-21 Hello Dev,i sent 2 emails to the support email,and had no reply from either,also called, on hold for 30 minutes..no one answered!! Really not impressed with the customer service!

Is firmware going to be updated soon??? Features wont work till it does. Will be returning the 15th so you think it will out by then and it doesn't record 24/7 with an sd card. You released a product without finishing the software..... Great business strategy!

I bought these 2 months ago and still doesn’t work. I’ve contacted costumer service multiple times and have over a dz emails. Cannot hardly get ahold of any on the phone. This is ridiculous
