Under My Health, the service authorizations and prescriptions aren't updated though they are online. It says no results found when I try to find urgent care, though I know there are covered facilities nearby. I do like that it seems to have most of the information that is also on the website.

This app is nothing but grief but I am forced to use it. The 'contact us' button has NO INFORMATION. It's been like that for months. I want to pay my bill but nothing will load on if I have a balance due. I'm enrolled in autopay but can't trust it, i thought it was working for 2 months because it SAID IT WAS and there was money IN MY ACCOUNT ALWAYS; then I get a letter in the mail saying my coverage is about to be CANCELLED for non payment. Then figuring out how to pay manually was a nightmare.

Easily the worst company I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The app itself is lacking. Get to wait on phone for hours. My account has now been messed up 6 times in 5 months. If you want the ultimate frustration experience look no further.

Fix it!! I really like the new look. It is easy to navigate. My problem is the app isn't updating my numbers and email info. Also I can not make a payment. It keeps saying it's invalid. I have tried credit card as well as checking information. HELP!!

App sucks. Can't type in it, so pretty much useless. My ID card is blank besides my name, not showing co-pays and coverage. And calling Molina expect to wait in line only to be hung up on and have to call back. Leaving 2 stars bc I am brand new to Molina so I hope it gets better.
