Low QA testing quality. What a "nice" surprise - couldn't register an account at all, all mandatory fields are fulfilled, but Next button is inactive. Seems to be a bug, related to broken postal index field and its recognition depending on country selected. On Registration I set in app Country: Estonia, currency EUR, app v3.7.3. (verified on two different smartphones Android 10, Android 13). Please fix it! P.S. I used Finland instead of my country, and made it working, I could go further steps

This app is terrible. I'm going to replace my radiators just to get rid of it. After one year, I still haven't figured out how to make it work properly when I override the temperature from the device itself. Just changing a value actually changes the whole schedule... I end up with my radiators heating when I don't want them to!

It fails to connect to the heater. Every time I try to do so it connect's to heater's wifi, I provide my wifi configuration, it triggers connection on heater, it shows "router", in 5-10sec "cloud" and then success. But the app shows failure as soon as phone reconnects to my router. It was done in a variety of combinations: 4g on/off, phone on 5g wifi, 2g wifi (ps: wifi confog for the heater was 2g always).I've been trying to delay my phone's reconnection time to router by switching off it's wifi

Impossible to pair a water heater. Always gives an error of bad connection even after putin a seperate wifi 20cm away from it just for it. Very bad experience and avoid this nonsense manufacturer. Support never replies and now the latest software is all in french when still trying to pair it... What a joke... Steatlite cube wifi 100. Avoid this company

Its ok app,using on atlantic heater. Only the program temp settings are unclear and hard to understand. Is the ECO OFF button supposte to null the temperature in hours you want heater to be off and only to heat at set comfort temperature for duration set by user. I use off button but it sets temp at 6C. Seems one slider affecting other. I want unit to heat only from 5am to 8.30, after which I will be in office and set desired temp,and I do not want it to be on after 4pm until morning and 5am 🤷

I have a heat pump/water heater with the IO interface. Installed the physical bridge. I expected to see a list of local devices - nothing. I expected that I can search from a list of devices by name - nope. Adding devices is a pain because you have to guess if this device matches with yours based on HMI picture and a screenshot. Tried everything, every way and still nothing. There's no way of knowing if the problem is connectivity between the bridge and the heater or heater's config or...
