The "try a hairstyle" did not work at all. I found no hairstyles to select. I did try multiple haircolors, none of them worked. There was no change whatsoever on the screen.

Not very many realistic hairstyles and basically whatever style you choose it paste as is on the photo with little ways to adjust it and no choice to change color of hair.

Didn't even let me do anything. Chose "try a look on me" and it just took a picture and said "find your nearest salon" - basically just an advertising tool to get you to book an appointment at the salon. Useless Aand thoroughly disappointing

This app is very hard to understand. I was trying to see how a certain haircut looks on me but I got too frustrated after trying for 15 minutes. Bonus when I click on the video above to see how it works it says it can't play it. Plus I noticed choices are male/female. Get with the times. Maybe facial structure would be better than asking these two limited questions. I thought L'Oreal was a forward thinking company... You need to go back to the drawing board with this app.

Does not allow you to try new styles. Only changes color of already existing hair in photo. And color selection is minimal. Awful app for any company to stand behind, let alone a big brand.

This app is terrible, when I went to the "try a style on me" tab, it would only let me change the colour of my hair, but it was like a filter, it barely did anything! This app should be updated so it's easier to understand, or if it's just colours you can do to your hair, THEN SAY THAT IN THE TITLE
