This app can very useless sometimes. The only reason why I need this app is to make bank accounts to momo transfers easier for me, but it's rather worse. I have been trying to do transactions for about two weeks now but It doesn't work. Other banks do well in this area, even without an app. Fix this problem for us please.

What at all is wrong with this your app Its near useless The main reason for this app is it being convenient ie makes it easy for funds to be transferred to our momo accounts with ease and here is the case it keeps failing on countless occasion why? I was nearly embarassed just cos i couldnt transfer funds to make payment ...if u just cant make it work please dont throw dust into our eyes!!!!!!!!!

It is inconvenient using this app at times..When you find yourself in an area with no branch of the bank and you can't transfer to your wallet,it's frustrating..Please,work on it.If possible,a shortcode to use in case the transfer option goes missing.

App not reliable, Mobile money option gets disconnected every now and then, now I can't even login, what a shame, I'm thinking of changing my bank just because of this.

The app is fairly useless lately. Can only transfer funds to mtn momo and the other networks aren't Compatible. They're always updating something for months.

Very easy and good but the interruptions in network challenges are too frequent. Either one cannot connect to the server now or sorry we are unable to connect you to our server at this moment, please try again later or some other time. Connection must not be interrupted too frequent. It makes those outside Accra without branches and ATM hot when no connections. Also add Vodafone transactions so that one can transfer money to his or her Vodafone number.
