Very bad user experience, with moderate design and bad functionalities. The mobile app used to be provided for FIB clients was far better than this generic one. Plus, it asks for accessing gallery and other features and areas of the mobile phone. This is a very suspicious behaviour.

Very bad application It missed several functions that could facilitate opening more than one account More over it dose not respond to open my account and pop up a message.( the account number is incorrect !!!!!!).although yesterday I opened the same account by this application ..3 Nov 2020 ****** It seems that the services on the application were upgraded and improved The application NOW facilitates all transactions...big thanks to FIB BUT failed to open 2 accounts in one mobile ....MAR 2021
