Just got one of these dang machines in, and..... it sucks!!!! 😑 my card didn't read and I have no cash, I am starving... Time to give up and go back to what works, like regular vending machines... also the food is way over priced, almost $2.50 for a small bad of chips, COME ON AND GET OUT OF HERE

The card won't scan and I can't buy food, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to fix the issue and now the app won't work at all

Won't let me log in at all. I can login on the website but not the app. Half their machines don't work and won't read CK cards or credit card. This company doesn't really seem to care either, two weeks after reporting one of their machines not working and they still haven't done anything about it. Wish our company would choose a new vendor.

I can't use the money I loaded onto my card until after lunch? Convenient! [Update] I still can't use the $10 that I put on my card through this app 8 damn hours later. You guys had the audacity to send a receipt to my email about the funds I gave you, so I'll be keeping this second star until I'm able to use it. [Update] Hot damn, it finally worked! I like the fingerprint thing but the experience has been very frustrating until now. Here's your star back.

App is terrible. Just tried to log in, and suddenly it says my info is incorrect. Try to reset my password, and says it can't. Tried to create a new account instead, and it can't because my account is already using my info. So basically I am locked out and this company does not want my money, because their kiosk does not accept cash either.
