No cars seem to be active in the morning anymore but they were before when barely anyone was using them. Also you keep taking extra money when book which is an ongoing issue that you don't seem to want to fix.

Monopolised the area and don't offer the same service as of old. Happy to buy the smaller, more reliable companies and disintegrate them. Unreliable service and prices increasing.

Worst app ever. takes money off my bank card...then says I can't have a taxi.sort it out or get a new app boro cars.

I would give it 0 stars if I could! Absolutely rubbish app. It refuses to let you book another taxi after an error occurs, which may not even be your fault (e.g. connection lost). It also takes ages for drivers to arrive, despite showing them 1 or 2 minutes away. Sometimes it refuses to let you call your driver! And the GPS mapping is terrible, it always gets your location and the driver's location wrong. I would not recommend this to anyone. A lot of improvement needs to be done, developers!
