My husband & I have sent several messages on the app & emailed requesting help. I have dietary allergies & on the website they say they are great at accommodating this. We've been trying to talk with someone for 4 weeks. I finally called & was given another email address to try, still nothing. Our family trip is coming up in 3 weeks now & we are probably going to cancel & lose $22k because nobody will reply to any form of contact we attempt.

Very easy to use. I get real time results when paying and booking is so smooth.

App constantly logged me out. Half the stuff reserved/planned on the trip doesn't show up on the planer, which would be helpful. So much potential, but pretty poorly executed.

The app is constantly asking to login, works for a day or two and asks to login again. Same with password or fingerprint login. Uninstalled, reinstalled, no luck, so frustrating!

Unable to log in. 2 different android phones, 2 different problems. Samsung Galaxy S6 - app will not completely load, circle just keeps spinning. Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, type in login credentials and nothing happens. It just stays on the login screen with your credentials still in the fields. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app in both devices and no luck. seems the app just does not work. Please fix the app or take it down!

App stopped working. Can't log in. It will tell you if you give the wrong information. If you enter the correct information, it just stays on the login page. It seems this has been going on for at least 1 to 2 months now (judging from similar posts). If Sandals doesn't take care of the 'little things', I'm not sure I want to give them more money hoping that they will take care of the more significant things. They need to remember, they are far from the only all-inclusive resort.
