الفكرة ممتازة ومفيدة ولكن هناك الكثير من التعثرات. اهما اذا كان هناك مقدم خدمة سيء وتم الشكوى عليه سنعطى الوعود بحل الاشكال عدة مرات ولن يتم عمل اي شيء واذا تم السؤال عن مقدم الخدمة لاحقا سيكون الرد ان ليس عليه اي ملاحضات.
