ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Membership has its Rewards
How your membership program works:
Simply identify yourself at any of our participating locations during a visit and your server will associate your account with your guest check and you will start earning points toward future savings.

To redeem a reward you must have enough points available. Our program may from time to time have certain other benefits and or restrictions that apply. See our website for more program details.

Offers and Discounts
Culinary Concepts may provide special discounts and or offers to certain members who qualify for these benefits. Offers are not transferrable and have a limited time in which they can be redeemed. Please check the offer for details and restrictions. If not specified otherwise all offers expire within 30 days of issuance.

PROGRAM RULES
• You must be 18 years or older to join and no purchase is necessary.
• Your membership can be used to earn points at any of our participating locations.
• Only the Club Card member paying for the bill may accumulate points.
• Points are not awarded on purchased gift certificates, tax or gratuities and will be issued on qualified purchases only on day of purchase.
• We reserve the right to change or discontinue this program at any time without notice.
• Loyalty points cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
• Club Card rewards cannot be used for gift card purchases.
• Points will be awarded on the subtotal and does not apply to tax or gratuity.
• Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Points will not be given on Club Card rewards or “It’s On The House” rewards card.
• Employees of Culinary Concepts are not eligible for participation in the Club Card program.
• Club Card members do not get credit for visits prior to enrollment.
• The Club Card discounts and savings cannot be used with any other discounts or promotions.
• Points can be accumulated at all Culinary Concepts’ locations.
• Culinary Concepts reserves the right to audit any account anytime and terminate the Club Card membership for any individual or business for malfeasances, suspected fraud or any other reason deemed fit.
• The Club Card membership may be canceled after 12 months of inactivity.
• Physical cards are no longer needed however; cards can be purchased or replaced at $15.00 a piece by calling the Corporate Office at 239.261.3962.
• Culinary Concepts reserves the right to cancel the Club Card program at any time for any reason without notice.
• The Club Card tier levels and rewards are subject to change due to changes in inflation, CPI, rent and other fixed or fluctuating costs, without notice.
• In the event the Club Card app or computer systems are down due to a natural disaster or computer failures we will do our best to accommodate members… your patience is appreciated.
