Feeling really frustrated with Oway ticket booking! I booked a flight, paid over the counter, and Oway didn't book a flight for me! Best part is I found out when I tried to check in at the airport. When I called Oway customer support, they told me that I am supposed to forward them the receipt of payment. No where did it say that in the email receipt I received. The email said customer service would contact me after booking the ticket online, but no one did (so I thought everything was fine)!
