Not a particularly useful app, uninstalled almost immediately, goal setting is basic with no real prompts beyond basic topics, daily practices are just 7 blocks of text with bad grammar, gratitude journal is basically just a notepad and no option I could find to delete an entry. UI is pretty uninteresting and all in all just a bit of a dull app.

To be honest, it's not a personal Tony Robbins self help app but it does have daily exercises to help your negativity turn into positivity. It will help you daily with journal writing and keeping up with your goals. I love it!

Great app however it would be perfect if a Journal / Diary portion was added.Otherwise its a very positive idea for an app in a self reflective retrospective way.Also in a positive self progressive way in my opinion.
