It worked very well for me the first time I used it at S&L. I loaded the app and paid by scanning the QR code on the bill. The waiter told me I was good to go. The second time I used it at the Town-hall I had difficulties redeeming a reward and the payment took longer than normal to show up on the POS system but that was all sorted with a call to the app developer who was very helpful. I like the idea of collecting the QR and leaving straight away, especially if service is slow at busy times. The staff are always responsive and helpful.

Terrible App. Used to get rewards and go at least once a week. Now they give 0 rewards

Edit Recommended to a friend and the app was crashing for him. They responded quickly and fixed it. It is hard to redeem as you have to wait 20 minutes for a manager approval, should be linked to the app. Thank you Owen for quick response

I have been a patron of JRGroup for years and have had the emails pop by form time to time letting me know of the opportunities but never taken advantage of them till this weekend. Went to a S-L in Langley and the waiter noted we needed to pay by the app. We loaded 150 on our app but it said insufficient funds on gift card. Tried a couple of times but no luck. You can take me off the jr group email as it is too much work.

App now only let's you redeem your rewards the next day.. no matter what day you are there. Is it geo-blocked once you enter the pub? Is it actually a brilliant app version of the "Free beer tomorrow" sign? Who knows? The staff doesn't, that's for sure.

Staff, food & prices are always great at the JRG Group restaurants. The app is just a bonus if you're going more than a few times a year.
