If that, besides the no connection message that pops up all the time, I just lost 32lbs of prime Rib Eye Roast. Because on day 28 when I went to pull the roasts, it was 80° and the roasts were ruined. Their push notification didn't push no warning messages at all. I'm so done with this brand.

I keep receiving a problem with connecting message. Contacted Steakager and they suggested purchasing a device to turn off the power of the appliance once a day for 5 minutes. I can not recommend this software or their appliance. Plus the owners will not honor their warranty.
