not able to open the camera over mobile network. tried on various mobile networks and in different mobiles. The device is online, but in the APP, it is shown offline

App can't take photos for cctv, just highlights the button but no screen shot taken, works on hd stream for a day or 2 then just shows loading on the screen. Overall app is not good used superliveplus before and theirs is so much more streamlined can even do is mainstream and substream simultaneously not either record in hd or sd as hd takes long to review from phone and sd doesn't have the quality. app is getting better with each update keep it up

update makes viewing very slow. also when checking camera 24hr history it now has green lines that it snaps to so can not go to an exact moment in timeline like before. Very dissapointing
