Not the app nor the website sends the otp required for changing password or even registering!! And when it does, it's late after 60 seconds and of course can't be accepted! Update : after calling customer support, they told me to make a new registry, and the password should contain : (a capital letter, a small letter, the character @ then 5 numbers. Ex: Abcde@00000 Then re-install the app and use the new password ! And it worked ! Mobilawy should include this info IN THE APP!

App is very bad. When resetting password which I have never set before, Otp is not sending and when I called the customer service, they advised there's no issue and no other way to reset password from their side. I insider it a useless app.

Very bad app! Keeps telling me you exceeded login trials!!!! Please cancel the whole app idea and revert to the old "using phone number " method, which is way more convenient than this useless app!

Cust support: pls check this dumb app, it never sends the OTP to my mobile number. I tried registering and tried forgot my password. Both r not working. If this was the way for Mobil to stop providing points, it would have been much easier to say it outloud rather than buying a non-funtioning app!!!!!!!!
