The process of using the appt was pretty easy, just a little confusing with the pick up process. Called the restaurant for clarification on how the pick up is handled and the customer service I received was poor, the lady was short and rude, like she expected for me to know and was bothered by my phone call.

Really easy to use app. I had not used it in an extensive period of time and it remembers my login credentials. Other food ordering apps log you off and make you go through e-mails and verification and delays your ordering when you need to order in a hurry.

Pretty okay. Still can't say "no ice" in the drink. When asked to share feedback, it just goes to generic landing page for contacting the company, no way I'm doing all that. Ordering is smooth and intuitive but knocked star for above issues.

Quick and Easy Ordering! Ordering on the app is so quick and easy. I love that it saves our previous orders to make it even easier. I wish there was an option to pay on the app, though.

The app is okay. You can't enter your card information in the payment method option in the menu unless you are ordering something. So you have to order something for it to save your payment info. This is the strangest thing I've seen on an app as far as payment goes.
