overall good, but..... it should highlight more clearly when you sign up to not "park" your bike outside the bluelined area, you get a 10€ fine, it is ok to cycle outside, also 1st time it warnes you. next time you pay a fine of 10 euro. But however if you return any bike parked outside the bluelined area back, it returns that amount. Only thing it returns it to your wallet, so if you have a unlimited for a month that is useless.

Worse map of all time. Updates after 5-10 MINUTES, MINUTES. Points in the OPPOSITE direction you are headed, oh and sometimes flat out shows false positives... Money grabbing scam. Also their bikes suck. Too tall for average height people, no cushioning and heavy. China quality

Doesn't work. System won't accept the verification code it sent me. Tried a few times, and the system told me to contact customer service. I can't access settings to find customer service info without verifying.

Impossible to sign in. Does not recognize it's own code. Request to resend code does not work immediately as have to wait for a minute first, then the text messages do not arrive....basically total frustration

Great service. Terrible app. The larger bikes mostly work well, however the small ones are awful and hard to ride. Make sure to pick a 'lite' bike. There are two very small areas of London currently covered. Hopefully this grows. Its great being able to park easily without a docking station. Unfortunately, the app performance is horrendous. It often crashes or fails to work. I would also love to have some kind of app alert when outside the Zone. I ride in constant fear of being fined.

REALLY NO! I'm being charged a monthly fee even though I said DO NO RENEW and there is no credit card associated with my account. They are continuing to charge the original card I booked with. Don't use NOBIKE. Hidden borders mean huge charges if you leave the bike outside the "boundary" which in this case is Paris proper. Useless customer support and all info is in Chinese. I would give 0 stars if possible.
