SCAM. I wouldn't recommend this app AT ALL! One hour before the pick-up time, the rental company and location were revealed to me. Once I got there, there was an issue that forced me to cancel. I requested a refund of $172 that THIS APP charged me for a car I didn't rent. After two weeks of going back and forth with "customer support," I was finally told that the escalation team would contact me in 10 days. A month later, I contact them only to be told NO. FYI, no one will answer if you call.

Do not use this garbage service. I rented a car through their app. They provided a receipt with a specific total. My card was then charged two separate fees, listed nowhere in any or the correspondence that I was provided. They do not answer calls, and would only email about my issues. Nothing was resolved on their end and I still have the two unexplained charges after the actual rental charge.

The pick up was in an airport which was not the issue. The issue was they would not rent me a car because I did not have a flight itinerary. Went in the app and canceled, it said funds would be returned in 3-5 business days, no problem. The next morning they charged my card again. I have contacted them, they refuse to refund my money, only offering a credit which I do not want because I do not plan on ever using them again. Basically being forced too in order to recoup my cost. $350 wasted.

Just another example of you get what you pay for. Tried contacting customer service with an issue I had but they never answer their phone, as a matter of fact the message that answers your call doesn't even ask you to leave your phone number, it asks you to leave your email. They eventually replied via email, but weren't willing to help with my issue. Even the email that I got after my rental asking me to rate my experience was worthless. It ask you to rate them but it doesn't go anywhere.

Complete rip off! It hooked me a car at the local airport budget. I got here and they could not honor the price even though it was reserved I canceled it in the carla app and they charged my card 3 times 3 different amounts bigger each transaction!!!! Then when I contacted their customer service they stated I never canceled and that I would be charged again for it!

Leaving 1 star because they don't allow zero. Initially the reservation confirmed the location of pickup/drop off then changed it. Info was very vague and took a few days to get all information about location. Plans changed and I requested a cancellation/refund a week prior (w/ their help & confirmed), was told to wait 10 days. No response after until I emailed them and was told it was denied and isn't negotiable but they offered "Carla cash" which has extreme timeframe/location stipulations.
