Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Serene Zooper Widget on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.
  2. Drag the APK/XAPK file directly into LDPlayer.

Serene Zooper Widget

Problems: If you have any trouble at all please email me for the apk. Google Play compresses the templates and sometimes this causes corruption. It's the Play store, not Zooper or the device.

IMPORTANT - This is not a stand-alone app! You must have Zooper Widget Pro 2.38 or above and Media Utilities installed for this to work.

Serene contains two very minimalistic widgets.

Serene Main Widget Features:
- Time
- Online status
- Mail indicator
- Battery indicator
- Weather indicator
- Simple app drawer icon.

To use: Use a 4x4 grid for the main widget and 6x1 for the dock. Tap the blank widget and select Serene_main widget.

Note: Serene was created and designed for use on the Nexus 7. It has not yet been fully tested on other devices but should work just as well.

Version 1.01 Update (January 18th)
Massive Update!

The entire widget has been buffed and shined and modified.

- The time indicator has a much nicer demeanor.
- The battery indicator is a little more informative.
- The weather indicator is a little more accurate.
- There are clickable hotspots for Email and Wifi.

Media controls have been added to the dock and includes an attractive and handy progress bar, well actually it's a circle, that indicates the current play position in the song. Neat eh?

Update 1.04 (February 6)
- I found out what the spare bolt was for and put it back on. Nice and tight.
- The "Play Store corruption" issue should now be resolved.
