Very buggy app. No clear fees, be surprised after completing the trip. Cars take very long to receive unlock commands. Worst of all, I had to wait for 2 hours to end the trip through the buggy app which costed me extra money the company is not willing to refund, and the support email system was not working. Should I continue telling you??! Stay away

I use this app just one time and I deleted it now with my money still on it , I swear if I was know that they'll make me wait for more than one hour due to app issue to end the trip I would go home crawling , hdjeiwjwhejqlwkwbshdhs and the call center aah!! I tried to call the call center and I just was listening to the beeb on it! If anyone need any trip please call me or just go walking, I'm forced to gave the app 1 star when actually I want to give them minus all stars

Recommended for maximum trips time of 2 hours. More than that time, you will be charged equal to full day rental in normal rent a car

45 minutes outside car and the was off and no way to close the car to end trip ask me to stop engine 3 calls to customers service every one 10 minutes no answer and close the line as they are busy 4 km for 25 SR Never never use this app

Useless---DO NOT USE---This app is heavily flawed from start to finish. Even to sign up they use a 3rd party approval for your credit card (payfort) owned by USA (Amazon) that does not link to it and work properly. There is extortion like fees for everything---Be Aware and Careful if you use---READ EVERYTHING, EVERY DISCLAIMER!!!

application is not working properly.It takes long time to respond and long time to finish the trip. In addition, sometimes, the initial 250 SAR deposit does not return back immediately so you have to call the customer care and then, wait till it return back!
