I've had this app for almost 2yrs and it worked flawlessly and now it isn't working I've uninstalled it and reinstalled and it still won't let me enter any locations so what's wrong with it?

This app used to work fantastic now every time you tried to enter a start point it kicks it out and won't accept the entry something has happened to the app
