Unfortunately, at least on Android, the app freezes, puts you in screens that don't allow you to exit (must close and restart the app), changes from English to Spanish on some pop-up windows, errors out when trying to download hotel property info for offline use, and doesn't allow changing qty's when ordering room service. Would have used the app more if it weren't for these issues. Resort is amazing, but app falls a bit short.

This app worked slowly and cumbersom for half a day, then started crashing every time it was opened. After 5 reinstals with and without system restarts, the same result; it crashes and then Android asks you to shut it down because it is using resources in the background. It is very unfortunate because the resort personnel--especially concierges--are constantly refering you to use the app to access services and it simply does not work which is very frustrating.

I found an old version (7.3.11) on apkmirror that works much better than the newest version, but still has many issues issues. It requires you to contact concierge to book reservations. Why not show which restaurants have availablity so we can be specific when we call concierge? Also, room service breakfast is available starting at 7am, but I can't even order ahead of time. If I wake at 630, I should be able to order even if it won't come until later. Just hold the order in queue until 7am.

Poorly implemented hotel app. Must re login every day. Continues to ask for location permissions even though it already has them, and then wants to download offline content even though it has already downloaded it. Online map is almost useless and makes you wait while it scrolls to details about points of interest. Clearly not tested before being released. Worst if all is that the hotel no longer gives out maps of the property because "it is all on the app." Come on folks!

The app freezes 100% of the time on both Android and iOS. EVENTUALLY it's will work for a while until it stops again, rinse, repeat. Errors pop up everywhere. The hotel room has a sign directing you to the App for room service, but that doesn't work either. This is a horrible app, but if you're here reading this then you probably don't have a choice because Iberostar basically forces you to use it.

HOW TO FIX: Do not login with your "horizon" account or password. This can cause the infinite-star-loading bug. Instead, reinstall, then login with your room number after check-in. When prompted for a password, do not input one, just leave blank and tap Next. After some stuttering, it should bring you into the app and all the useful info. It isn't stable anyway, but should become usable. It might take hours after check-in to work. Also, the big screens near the lobby are usable touchscreens!
