App keep malfunctioning and going offline. Slomin's need to invest in better equipment instead of just worrying about taking customers money because soon they won't have any customers

I can't understand how after a year slomans still can't get this right. this app is a total waste, nothing works. cameras don't show up, no recordings ever, customer service has no idea. I just hope I won't ever be needing to look at something bad that has happened because my attorney will be getting a call rather quickly.

consistant malfuntions causing me to have to uninstall and re-install app and re-add all our cameras. doesn't work half the time. cameras are offline. called to speak to supervisor, but were told they are too busy to get on the phone. we will not be renewing.

Problems from the beginning. Slomins sent a techician 3 times and the problem hasn't resolved. .The techician unable to fix.Two person in the house whole can't use the camera. It records periodically. You have to sign in to the apt continually. When someone rings the doorbell doesn't register on the phone and your are unable to speak to the person. My neighbors have ADT and haven't encountered any ptoblems. Slomins need to change this.camera.Better ones on the market with excellent review

Even after deleting app and reinstalling unable to access ..Also freezes on phone requiring me to restart phone to remove app. Very disappointed...
