Needs work is a significant understatment. If you want to take it to Uber Eats, make it WAY less buggy, Improve built in deliverer-client communication, fix your fee calculators (I only used it because it said it had no fees, but then they showed up on my bank statement). You get 1/4th of the Uber Eats functionality with the same price. Would not recommend as it

If in PR, use this app over others. The quality of the restaurants is top. The app is easy to use and friendly to the eyes. The last star is missing because It doesn't have a location map of restaurants for when orders are picked up rather than delivered. Never had a bad experience with it.

Uva has a great selection of restaurants and only two delivery speeds: Slow and SLOW AF! They randomly change drivers even when the driver has already arrived to pick up your order. So, if you're really hungry maybe it will be faster if you go out and get the food for yourself.

For someone that makes over 200 lunch and dinner orders a week I thought this app had what I needed. They just make themselves look great because they advertise a bunch of restaurants BUT those restaurants are rarely open. Operation hours and menus are outdated. I had an issue and tried a to place a complaint but the costumer service representative was very rude and extremely dismissive. Do not use this app. This is a line in the sands of society no-one should willingly cross.

Excellent service!! They keep adding new restaurants constantly, drivers are very polite and always inform you every step of the way. I know it will be even better once more restaurants get involved! Should think about extending the service hours to cover breakfast and late dinner eaters like me! Keep up the great work guys!

Used to be excellent, became trash. Waited 3 hours for an order, which the restaurant told us was ready in an hour, no answer from customer service. Gave them another chance while I was at work with a friend. Exactly same situation, only customer service said order was delivered when it wasn't! Have heard similar complaints from others, and they are deleting comments on FB and IG. Don't offer a service you can't provide adequately. Horrible customersupport.Deleted after multiple disappointments.
