A lousy app. Upon topping up value using credit card, it says put your card at the back of the phone. It will just hang there for minutes doing nothing. I need to switch OFF and ON my NFC then place the card at the back of the phone, then only the top up value will be credited. Did it twice on different flash pay cards, and it behaved exactly the same way. App would be useful if fixed, otherwise very frustrating to use.

Nets is supposed to be the most convenient, advance payment network in Singapore. But it is the worst experience. 1. We can only top up maximum of $50. I normally top up at least $200 2. Every top up we have to enter our credit card number all over again. And have to enter otp again. It is definitely a hassle and every top up will take me at least 10 min. 3. Auto top up is also a hassle as it is only $50. Also, if my credit card info is changed, I have to make my way down to NETS!

A little struggled but managed to topup. You need to on and off the NFC n put the ezlink card agn at the back of your hp b4 reader can read n topup process successful. There is always a 1st time for everything. Most imptly able to topup!!

..Extremely unreliable top up apps. Take so long for system to response even when i am in strong internet connection environment. This resulted that i am force to remove my card against the phone after long wait.

Error messages and lots of glitches..please improve.. Your app is really helpful as our ''wonderful" public carpark top up machines are usually not working..very convenient

Damn damn useful. Topping up cash card in the comfort of your car sure is heaven. What an application. The best app and fascinatingly u can top up even from a min of $10. Wow factor here.
