Would be better if it had the in between temperatures (med rare, and med well) instead of just rare/med/well. Also more proteins

I have never burnt a roast. This app turned what should have been a succulent leg lamb roast into a dried up burnt looking lump that tastes no better than piece stringy tree bark.
