This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing AzNav Offline GPS navigation on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

It appears as though the App's creators DO NOT service or support not only the United States, but seemingly the entire western hemishphere. Stick to Waze or Sygic as a high end alternative.
