The 3 stars are generous. 2 and 1/2 would be more appropriate, I think. Reasonably useful for controlling hearing aids, but sound environment tracking function is unreliable because the app ceases to function frequently, requiring a restart. You won't know this until you try to change the hearing aid settings. I've used this app on both Android and iPhone with similar results. Doesn't look like this app is updated regularly.

1.1.20 At least it paired. The other apps didn't. I have to see how it keeps working. 1.23.20 It seems to work very well. No comparison to any others I've tried. 5.24.20 can't be kept on. Uses way too much power. 6.12.20 receives some voices to sharp. Doesn't adjust. Otherwise I'm satified. Update 7.7.20 looses connection regularly. I don't know if it is the fault of the mobil phone or the App.

Too often you have to reset it I. order for it to accurately change and click. I find the bass going down to nothing and I haven't touched it. The app keeps shutting down my bass no matter what even my phone sits on the table. Half the time it works but when it changes settings on it's own I only know when I can't hear right. Don't like it

Would know or like better if worked better on Android. Need to fix for Android. Doesn't record usage also would be nice to adjust each earpiece separate.

I have the ME4500 DS RIC 312 and using a Samsung with Android. From what I understand the hardware on the hearing aids were built by Apple. I get to set all the setting for my hearing aids through the app however the usage data showing the noise level and using the hearing aids as a Bluetooth headsetis not an option for android. IDK if the right people will see this but these would be nice to use.
