I have a brand new Samsung S23Ultra phone and a MEENERGY 4 RIC 4 AX hearing aid. The phone will pair to the hearing aids, but the App won't connect to the hearing aids. I've tried repeatedly to do this. In my opinion, this app is COMPLETELY WORTHLESS. I feel that M.E. has not full filled their commitment to Android users and those of us who spent the money on these high end devices have been ripped off. This app needs some serious work - not just a "band-aid" fix, but a major rewrite.

Been a little over a month. This app is awful. Half the time my hearing aid is connected to my phone but not the app. Disconnects at will. Has not worked at the bowling alley to adjust for the noise. Only rarely reconnects when I hit the button. Also when connected I cant hear my phone ring or anything unless I hit the volume up (phone volume is already turned up as high as it gets). I try to make a call whether app is disconnected or not and I cant here the ring or person speaking.

Upgraded to the rechargeable 5.0 aids about 3 or 4 months ago. App worked great until today 2/26/22. Now, won't connect. Uninstall, reinstall, disconnect, reconnect... Nothing. The app issues are really getting old. 10/12/23 So now the app works great! Except now nothing from my phone media goes thru the aids. Not even an option anymore. 🤨 this is getting frustrating. And.. now it doesn't work again. 🤬

This App absolutely, positively SUCKS! Before I got these hearing aids and downloaded this App, I would do a restart on my "Android" phone 2 or 3 times a year. Now, I have to restart my phone 5, 6, 7 times A DAY to try and keep connected to my phone! Also, the App only allows me two options...volume and a "pre-set" equalizer. This App is terrible. I later found out this App does not work well with an Android phone. Nobody told me that when I purchased them. I would give it -1 star if I could

The hearing aids worked good, however, the app is no good. Continually lost connection to aids. If you go into an environment where you need to adjust them, good luck. I had to Uninstall the app and reinstall in order to get them to reconnect. There are a lot of reviews saying the same thing. ME replies back to call them. Well I did, 2 times 4 days apart. Both times got vm and never a returned call. Lucky for me I was still in my trial period, so I just returned them. I will try a different co.

I just got my hearing aids 2 weeks ago I've had nothing but issues where I have to turn my phone off and on due to my hearing aids keep losing connection to the app and my Bluetooth is basically worthless bec. I can only hear out one ear while using it , but when I restart my phone they both work for a little while then it happens again , so I have to turn my phone off and on like 3 times throughout the day in order for them to stay connected.
