Utter rubbish as expected. Doesn't use location (I mean, come on). Charges for "convenience" which is very inconvenient. This entire industry needs to get with the times and stop treating customers with contempt. No integration with Google pay. Missing such blatant and obvious basics makes me highly suspicious of whether even basic things like card security have even been considered.

Slow to download - should be much smaller to allow use with minimal data. Hard to use - car parks aren't clearly identified on the map and the car park code is unnecessarily long. Hard to pay - why no integration with Google Pay or PayPal? No built in reminders, only the option to pay for an SMS alert. When there is a large crowd in the car park struggling to pay that should be a sign the payment system isn't good enough.

Surprisingly handy app. It meant I could pay by card in a car park that only accepted coins. I was also able to extend my stay for the price difference rather than buying a new ticket. All without needing to return to the car. I will happily use this app again at car parks that accept it.
