It's easy enough to spend your money, but having paid for my parking I can't find a way to get a receipt to claim the cost back from work. This silly system now means I've had to pay for the privilege of supporting those in need. Not only that, but they stick a "convenience fee" on top which is insulting. I can't imagine it being that difficult to provide a receipt for every transaction?

This app is not one of the best I've used ever. I use it for the resident permit but every time the permit runs out I struggle to renew. I choose the permit view, not the hourly/daily parking view. It starts fine & recognises my login details. Once logged in it doesn't allow me to renew my permit. I've delete the app & reinstalled it but still not wanting my licence renewal. I'm posting this as the next mssg I get from mipermit will be ur permit is expired, oh look there it is.

Very poor signal in Clevedon so a gaggle of people hanging round the pay station trying to progress their payment. And then the app told me there were no tariffs available for the location I had entered, despite there being spaces available. Thank goodness there was a cash alternative. Much room for improvement.

Did not work. Gave error with a number of different bank cards. Tried to call, no response. Then used the option to send a text message to get a call back and I'm still waiting for that call. We ended up paying cash after trying for 30 minutes. Waste of time.

Makes parking so much easier. No waiting, No worries about having no change or spending 10 minutes working out how to use card reader. One problem though is some parking stations have different names to the names on the app which means you have yo be careful.

Poor set up. Why on earth can't you register and enter payment details prior to paying to park? Having to do that in the middle of a car park is insane. If you could register and set up in advance of visiting a car park, this would be a far less stressful way to operate. FAIL
