My Review on UKU, Its terrible and annoying experience. Their BOT reminder cant EVEN catch what im saying. and they kept SPAMMING calls for EVERY 30 mins. We get you guys offered us cashback or points for early payment but not like this. what you guys did are forcing people to pay. Not very recommended.

this app so terrible in order uploading id documment as requeried it keeps failed too many times this too complicated process in uploading any documents there is no way option to reuploading id documments since keeps been failed verification really bad system..

I do strongly NOT recommend this option for loans. The debt collector is NOT polite at all and very harassing. Very inconvenient experience with this app. Anyway, the interest is not as low as they advertise. If you guys in a need for urgent loans, i could recommend others, namely ADAPUNDI, ADAKAMI fintech, in which they are better in term of being reasonable with collection as well as the term loan. DO NOT USE THIS UKU Apps!!!!

Im not even lend money, the contact texting me trhought wa , call, and message. So anoying. We even has to contact the person that we even dont know where they are now. Very disturbing

This application is terrible. I already paid before the dateline. From uku, they keep calling me many time for ask to paid. Report this Application is scam. I call for the CS they not answer me.
