The recommendations on here are not in line with NHS recommendations. Doesn't mean they're wrong as such, but I know which I would rather trust. Nice layout though.

The descriptions of foods are extremely limited and not helpful. If something is possibly problematic when prepared incorrectly it says not to eat it at all...that's not what we need
