Functionality is very poor. Photos are always scrambled. Who ever heard of an attendance app that doesn't count or give you an attendance number? IT listens, but they continually want more information like screenshots and info about the operating system on my phone or if I have updated the app. I want to say, "I HAVE A SMARTPHONE! It's not me! It's not my operating system! IT'S YOUR APP!!!"

They couldn't (or wouldn't) import our pictures from the previous system. Every time I open the app (and I do mean every time), several pictures are assigned to the wrong person. This app does not show you how many people you have checked off when doing attendance (neither as you go or when you're finished). I do not know how much our church paid for this app, but it is not worth it!

It's garbage which shouldn't be a suprise because the whole SheblyNext program is garbage. The app doesn't work half the time and no one seems to care. If you are looking for church software look somewhere else.

I have liked the app well enough, but with the latest update, the app will not longer call out. I click the phone number, select "call" and then "next" but nothing happens.

The app's text editing is so buggy i cannot edit the domain to login. The virtual keyboard won't pop up without difficulty and the pre-entered domain is causing severe issues so the domain cannot be changed or viewed properly to determine what is being entered. September 13, 2020 on a Samsung S8 phone with latest updates.

I have a Samsung Galaxy phone running Android. The app does not give full access to features available for Android. I cannot access my groups information, nor does it show that I am associated with any groups at all. Waiting for response from customer service to see if they are iPhone proprietary or if there is a work around.
