Wow! I've only done the first session and already I know this is right for me. It's amazing how such a visual is given about the stomach. I was able to visualize and hear his words as I was eating. He has a calm and soothing voice. I think it would be best to do this later in the evening or before bed because afterwards I fell into such an amazing deep sleep. I'm excited to hear the rest.
