So we bought the book and followed the inside cover to get the digital copy, which is what we really wanted, but it won't work. Have called and sent emails with NO RESPONSE!!! Won't be spending money on this again! So they answered today. I'm in but the app doesn't work! Just keeps closing!!! Smh

You'll need to haul the big book around. This doesn't work without a connection! I'm in Alaska, I tell you true. Worse than useless, actually dangerous if you counted on it as a travel tool. Boo! Shame!

This is a terrible excuse for an Android app. The search function is seriously flawed. The pages load extremely slowly. Using the hardback edition of The Milepost is much easier to use and infinitely faster. Btw, I'm using The Milepost on a Samsung Note 10.1 2014.

I read the reviews but still took a chance with this "free app". It's true that this app is just a link to buy the digital version of the book. I paid my $20 then downloaded the pdf file to my Nexus 10. Opening the pdf takes about 30 seconds on the Nexus but I'm used to the delay now. I can't find a way to bookmark pages even though there is an icon to go to bookmarks. The page search function is off by 6 pages because there are 6 unnumbered pages at the beginning of the book. I put the pdf on my Google drive then set it to always be available locally so now I don't need a network connection. The electronic version of The MilePost is fabulous for me because I'm planning a motorcycle trip to Alaska and there is no way I'll have room to carry that huge book!
